Session description
In your first session Belinda takes time to go through a thorough health consultation with you. This includes diving into your medical history, your health history, your current lifestyle, as well as the issue you've come into see Belinda for. Belinda then talks things through with you and may suggest things you may be able to do at home to help your issue resolve. You receive a slightly shorter treatment in this initial session (there are fewer questions in follow-up sessions, so you get more treatment time). Your treatment may include a blend of acupuncture, meridian massage, abdominal massage, moxabustion (heat therapy), cupping, frequency wanding, dietary and lifestyle advice and self-care coaching.
Cancellation Policy
If you've made a booking and know you won't be able to attend - just let Belinda know 24 hours before, using the reschedule/cancel link in the reminder email you receive, then there's no charge. Otherwise, Belinda charges in full.
