Session description

During follow up sessions, you and Belinda review how your body felt and how it responded to previous sessions. You chat through all the changes you notice, so Belinda can completely tailor your session to you. Follow up sessions are more spacious - giving you more time to relax and enter the deep healing zone. Your sessions may include a blend of acupuncture, meridian massage, abdominal massage, moxabustion, cupping, frequency wanding, dietary and lifestyle advice and self-care coaching.

Cancellation Policy

If you've made a booking and know you won't be able to attend - just let Belinda know 24 hours before, using the reschedule/cancel link in the reminder email you receive, then there's no charge. Otherwise, Belinda charges in full.
